
Hartford Athletic and XG Sports are excited to announce our College Showcase for young footballers aspiring to play at the next level. This showcase offers an opportunity to showcase your talent to college coaches from the NCAA Division 1, 2, and 3 levels. Players will receive valuable instruction from top college and professional coaches and compete with other quality high school players. Boys in the graduating classes of 2025-2028 are welcome to apply to participate in the showcase, which is compliant with all NCAA rules.

Age: Players in graduating classes 2028, 2027, 2026, 2025 (Birth Years 2010 to 2006)
Location: Trinity Health Stadium
Fee: $249 to be paid upon acceptance of application

What Will Be Provided
- Players receive a complete team kit
- Teams are coached by college coaching staff
- There is a seminar for parents/players with college coaches (including Q&A)
- Each player participates in 11v11 matches
- Players compete against top-level opponents
- Every match is recorded for players to review

Hartford Academy Alumni



Ali Taleb signed with Hartford Athletic’s academy in March of 2023. He captained the U19 team with 11 goals and five assists through nine games. He went on to play for American International College and won NE10 Men’s Soccer Rookie of the Year in 2023. He is transferring D1 to Northern Kentucky University.
Signing with Hartford in 2021, Pliszka signed again in 2022 and competed with the club through 2023. He spent his freshman season of collegiate soccer at Boston College.
Signing with Athletic in early 2022 as a 16 year old, O’Brien made an appearance for the club in the U.S. Open Cup and in USL Championship play. He finished his freshman college season at Providence College, tallying three goals and seven assists. He was named BIG EAST Freshman of the Week in September of 2023.
