The Hartford Athletic Girls Academy, launched in 2024, is dedicated to developing the next generation of female athletes across Connecticut and the surrounding region. With 5 teams from U10 through U14, we are committed to supporting our players at each stage in their journey.
Academy players train in a supportive, high-level environment at premier facilities like the Connecticut Children’s Day Hill Dome in Windsor and Trinity Health Stadium in downtown Hartford. Our players build lasting connections with their coaches, mentors, and teammates, growing together as part of the Hartford Athletic family. Along the way, they gain valuable insight from our first-team staff and players who are invested in their development.
We are proud to compete in the New England Club Soccer League and Elite Development Program. Our Girls Academy is more than just a place to play; it’s a community where young female athletes are encouraged, empowered, and supported as they grow into confident players and leaders on and off the field.

Our Premier Facilities
These top-tier facilities deliver a refined training environment, along with exclusive access and experiences that support each player’s development.
Voyagers Academy (ages 13 and up) are supported and serviced by Trinity Health.
Discovery Academy (ages 12 and under) are provided exclusive benefits from Connecticut Children’s staff.
