ALL THE NEED-TO-KNOW INFORMATION FOR CREDENTIALED MEDIA
ABUSING CREDENTIAL PRIVILEGES
When issuing media credentials, it is the expectation that recipients will actively produce written, photographic, and/or audio content on, about, or professionally pertaining to Hartford Athletic. Unfortunately, not everyone adheres to this expectation.
Anyone caught abusing their media credential privileges (attending matches without reporting, drinking, not following rules) will have their credentials revoked and will be ineligible for Hartford Athletic media access for the remainder of the 2025 USL Championship Season.
ACCESS
Credentialed media can begin entering the stadium two hours prior to kickoff. All credentialed media must have their credentials visible and physically on them at all times after picking them up at Gate C. Anyone not properly displaying their credential in a restricted area will be ejected from the stadium (unless they have a ticket; they will be escorted to the appropriate seat/section). Credentials must be returned when you leave the match. All credentials will be thoroughly cleaned after each match.
Credentialed media will NOT have access to the press box this season. Upon receiving your credential, please head to the designated media area located in the Northeast corner of the Goal Zone, underneath the video board. Photographers and videographers will be allowed on the pitch during matches. On the north side of the stadium, photographers will be allowed in an “L-shaped” area nearest the East Stand from the top of the 18-yard box down to the touchline and extending towards the goal. The same area is available on the South side of the stadium but please be mindful of fans sitting in the suites.
NO MEDIA WILL BE ALLOWED TO ACCESS INSIDE/OUTSIDE PLAYER LOCKER ROOMS.
ALCOHOL
The consumption of any alcoholic beverage(s) is strictly prohibited by anyone actively reporting or attending Hartford Athletic matches by use of a season-long or single-game media credential. Failure to comply with this standard will result in ejection for the remainder of the match and any future credentials may not be issued for the remainder of the 2025 season. This is a zero-tolerance policy.
APPLICATIONS
Any applications submitted after the listed deadline may not be seen or accepted. Applications can be found on our Single-Match Credential Page.
