ALL THE NEED TO KNOW INFORMATION FOR CREDENTIALED MEDIA
ABUSING CREDENTIAL PRIVILEGES
When issuing media credentials, it is the expectation that recipients will actively produce written, photographic, and/or audio content on, about or pertaining to Hartford Athletic in a professional manner. Unfortunately, not everyone adheres to this expectation.
Anyone caught abusing their media credential privileges (attending matches without reporting, drinking, not following rules) will have their credentials revoked and will be ineligible for Hartford Athletic media access for the remainder of the 2022 USL Championship Season.
Credentialed media can begin entering the stadium two hours prior to kickoff. All credentialed media must have their credentials visible and physically on them at all times. Anyone not properly displaying their credential in a restricted area will be ejected from the stadium (unless they have a ticket; they will be escorted to the appropriate seat/section). Credentials must be returned when you leave the match. All credentials will be thoroughly cleaned after each match.
Credentialed media will have access to the press box this season. Upon receiving your credential, please head up to the press box where you can store your equipment. Photographers and videographers will be allowed on the pitch during matches. On the north side of the stadium, photographers will be allowed in an “L-shaped” area nearest the East Stand from the top of the 18 yard box down to the touchline and extending towards the goal. The same area is available on the South side of the stadium but please be mindful of fans sitting in the suites.
NO MEDIA WILL BE ALLOWED TO ACCESS INSIDE/OUTSIDE PLAYER LOCKER ROOMS.
The consumption of any alcoholic beverage(s) is strictly prohibited by anyone actively reporting or attending Hartford Athletic matches by use of a season long or single game media credential. Failure to comply with this standard will result in ejection for the remainder of the match and any future credentials may not be issued for the remainder of the 2022 season. This is a zero-tolerance policy.
Any applications submitted after the listed deadline may not be seen or accepted. Applications can be found on our Single-Match Credential Page.
You can contact the Hartford Athletic Communications Department should you have any questions, comments or concerns:

All media personnel are to enter Trinity Health Stadium through Gate C, which is located beneath the press box. This is where you will receive your credential. Media can begin entering the stadium two hours prior to kickoff.
No one is allowed to interview any Hartford Athletic players, coaches or front office staff without approval from the Hartford Athletic media department. Postgame press conferences will take place on the pitch shortly after the conclusion of the match.
All materials (Game Notes, Starting Lineups, Stats, etc) will be distributed electronically this season. Wifi will be available in the press box, but please be prepared to create your own personal hotspot in the event of a technology failure.
Credentialed media parking is located in Lot 1. Overflow parking will be in Lot 3, which is in between the CREC school and the North Endzone. All other lots are off-limits to credentialed media unless permitted in advance.
PHOTOGRAPHERS AND VIDEO
Please see the “ACCESS” section for information regarding where you may shoot photos or video.
Anyone who would like to shoot video before, during, or after the match MUST have proper clearance with the Hartford Athletic Communications department. Anyone who does shoot video must shoot over the shoulder as tripods are NOT allowed on the field level.
Only designated Hartford Athletic photographers will be permitted on the sidelines at any time.
NO PERSONAL USE
Credential bearers may not request autographs, take non-work related photographs or make any other personal use of this credential or the stadium access conferred by this credential.

Bearer consents to security searches and/or screening of bearer and waives any claims that bearer might have against Hartford Athletic.

The bearer of this credential and his or her employer assume all risk and danger of personal injury and all other hazards arising from or related in any way to stadium access, and agree to indemnify and hold harmless Hartford Athletic and Dillon Stadium, its member teams, other agents and employees from and against all liability, loss, damages or expense resulting from or arising out of the bearer’s presence at the stadium.
