BOTH SIDES OF THE BALL CLICKING
Unbeaten in their last seven outings, Hartford Athletic is clicking on both sides of the pitch, scoring 15 goals and surrendering nine in that span. While defense and goalkeeping have been strong factors for the club all season long, the same could not always be said for the offense. However, Hartford’s attack has been ignited as of late, led by midfielder Barry Coffey’s four goals in his last five matches. With the team rounding out its offensive form, they have shown they can compete with any club on the opposing end of the pitch.
SCOUTING REPORT
Tampa Bay Rowdies remain one of the top clubs in the USL Championship this season, already clinching a spot in the league’s postseason with a 14-3-6 (W-L-D) overall mark.
While they’ve struggled to score a bit more than usual as of late, recording just four goals in their last five contests, they’ve brought in forward Jürgen Locadia from Miami FC—who has scored 10 goals across all competitions in 2026—to bolster their attack even further.
BEFORE THE HUDDLE
“Tampa Bay is very likely to win the Supporters Shield along with the Eastern Conference this year, as they have an extraordinarily deep, experienced and talented roster,” said Head Coach Brendan Burke. “They are also solid in every game state and defend very well as a group, so finding new ways to find goals in this game will take some creativity on set pieces in particular.”
