
Hartford Athletic announced today that they have loaned Jonathan Filipe to Chattanooga Red Wolves SC of League One for the remainder of the season, and mutually terminated Joel Quist’s contract with the club. Filipe joined the team in 2023 after spending a season in the USL with former Championship club New York Red Bulls II in 2022. He appeared in three games and totaled 53 minutes for Hartford Athletic. The 24 year old midfielder is the fourth player in club history to be loaned to another club, following Scott DeVoss (2019), Kilsman Sousa (2019), and Jeff Caldwell (2021). Quist, joined the team this year as well, but the forward did not appear in any matches.
