Prpa started in the first game of the season for Hartford against New York Red Bulls II and two games later, scored the game-tying goal in stoppage time to salvage a 1-1 draw against Pittsburgh Riverhounds SC in the home opener. He suffered a foot injury in the match and didn’t play again until mid-September. Prpa appeared in ten matches following the injury and totaled 538 minutes on the season.

The attacking midfielder had an outstanding college career for Marquette University. He started 60 of the 66 games he played throughout his four-year career and scored 18 goals along with 21 assists. His performance for the Golden Eagles earned him All-Big East Second Team honors twice, and First Team honors once. During his rookie season, he was named Big East Freshman of the Year. He also has experience in USMNT Youth Teams, appearing in U-14, U-15, and U-17 National Team camps. Prpa was the 34th overall pick in the 2020 MLS draft by the Houston Dynamo and was loaned to its USL affiliate the RGV FC Toros. During the shortened season in 2020, Prpa played in 10 games and scored 2 goals, adding one assist in 569 minutes. He was also tied for second on the team with 13 chances created.
