LAST SEASON

Enzo Carvalho was a sixth-year senior at Bryant University for the 2025 season. The 6’5” goalkeeper played every single minute of the season between the sticks, recording 45 saves and nine shutouts. Carvalho finished the season with the best save percentage in the conference at 82%. For his performance, he was named to the Second Team All-America East.

USL EXPERIENCE

The 2026 season will be Carvalho’s rookie year. 

OUTSIDE THE USL

Prior to Bryant University, Carvalho spent his fifth year with NC State of the ACC. There, the Florianópolis, Brazil native split time with another goalkeeper, making eight appearances with just as many starts. He finished the season with a Goals Against Average of 0.91 and a save percentage of 78.1%. Carvalho began his collegiate career at Midamerica Nazarene University, where he appeared in 57 matches and recorded 206 saves. His senior year was the best of his career, as he led the Bulldogs to the NAIA finals where they beat Milligan University 2-1 to claim the trophy. Carvalho played the entire game and was named to the NAIA All-Tournament team for his performance.

LAST SEASON

Antony Siaha suits up for his second season with Hartford Athletic after a phenomenal 2025 campaign. Over 28 appearances and 2,505 minutes, the 6’5” goalkeeper made 70 saves (enough for eighth in the league) on 103 shots faced for a 68% save success rate. Siaha also added 10 clean sheets, ranking him fourth among all goalkeepers in the USL. Additionally, the Tucson, AZ native was pivotal in the club’s Jägermeister Cup success, registering a whopping 15 saves on 21 shots and earning three clean sheets throughout the tournament. Siaha’s outstanding performances earned him the club’s MVP award for the 2025 season. Fans can look forward to seeing Siaha on the field through 2027, as he has extended his contract option with the club for one additional year.

USL EXPERIENCE

Siaha first made waves in the USL Championship in 2022, signing with Monterey Bay midseason and competing with the club for the next two and a half seasons. He immediately proved to be one of the league’s most promising goalkeepers, starting his professional career with an unprecedented five consecutive clean sheets, and finishing his rookie campaign with eight shutouts in 17 starts, a 1.00 goals-against average, and a 73% save percentage. He was twice named to the USL Championship Team of the Week and quickly established himself as a top-tier shot-stopper.

Throughout his time in Monterey, he made 58 appearances, recording 19 shutouts, 207 saves, and a 73.8% save percentage. Among USL Championship goalkeepers with at least 40 appearances in the past two seasons, he ranked second in the league in save percentage (74.1%).

In 2023, he started 18 matches for Monterey Bay, posting 58 saves, a 1.31 goals-against average, and five clean sheets, leading the club in every major goalkeeping statistic. He earned three Team of the Week selections and claimed Monterey’s Golden Glove award for the second straight season. In 2024, he tied for second in the USL Championship with 102 saves, including two penalty stops and six clean sheets. His stellar performances earned him USL Championship Player of the Week honors on June 4 after back-to-back shutouts with 13 combined saves.

OUTSIDE THE USL

Prior to his tenure with Monterey Bay, Siaha spent time with San Diego Loyal SC (2021-22) and San Diego 1904 FC (2020). His versatility even saw him briefly join the Major Arena Soccer League (MASL) with the San Diego Sockers, where he was believed to be the tallest goalkeeper in league history at the time. Siaha played collegiately at Cal State Bakersfield, Ottawa (AZ), and Benedictine (AZ). His youth career included time with the Real Salt Lake (MLS) Arizona Academy, during which he won a state title with Tucson High School.
