Sadat Anaku dons the Green & Blue after a successful stint with the club where he began his professional career, Kampala Capital City Authority FC (KCCA FC) of the Uganda Premier League – the top league in the country. The left-footed forward made 14 appearances and racked up 953 minutes with the side in 2025. Over this short time, Anaku scored an impressive five goals, proving that he can be a lethal offensive threat.

OUTSIDE THE USL
Prior to his 2025 stretch with KCCA FC, the 24-year-old spent time with Dundee United Football Club of the William Hill Scottish Premiership, a top-tier league in Scotland. In 2022, over 14 games and 340 minutes, Anaku added one assist to his stat sheet. Unfortunately, he suffered an injury in early 2023 and was unable to play for the remainder of the season.
Anaku initially began his career with the KCCA FC youth team. He was promoted to the senior squad after leading the Juniors League in goals, with 84 over three seasons.
The young Uganda native is known for his work rate, ability to maintain possession and goal-scoring prowess.
