Travelers Free Kick Campaign and Community Champion Program
In partnership with Travelers, Hartford Athletic established the Community Champion Program which donated a special group experience at a Hartford Athletic match to those who may not otherwise have the opportunity to attend. In addition, Hartford Athletic and Travelers teamed up on the Travelers Free Kick campaign which was an initiative where Hartford Athletic set up at locations throughout Hartford promoting contests for tickets, merchandise, and more.

Trinity Health of New England 61 Day Challenge
Hartford Athletic, in conjunction with Title Partner Trinity Health of New England, proudly supported The New England 61 Day Challenge™. The campaign was a healthy lifestyle initiative that included education about healthy eating, physical activity, and positive behavioral changes. It encouraged individuals and groups to participate and learn how to make smart choices and develop healthy behaviors.

Coaching Boys Into Men (CCADV)
Hartford Athletic has been a proud supporter of the Coaching Boys Into Men initiative designed to positively influence young men and help prevent domestic violence. The program guided and inspired coaches to teach their male athletes about the importance of respect for themselves, others, and particularly women and girls.

#Changemakers
Launched in 2021, #Changemakers was an initiative designed to identify inequities and implement change to make our community the best place to live, work, and play. The program largely focused on women’s leadership events and empowering young girls. The club partnered with the Hartford-based organization DignityGrows to raise awareness of period poverty and collect donations to supply countless “Dignity Totes.” These totes were filled with an entire month’s supplies of hygiene products and were donated to surrounding schools and colleges in the Hartford community

Shop For A Cause
A community program started in 2020, Shop For A Cause presented by Samuel Adams was an initiative dedicated to helping our local businesses get back on their feet as they continued to navigate the economic challenges of COVID-19, while also raising money for Foodshare who was on the front lines of COVID-19 relief efforts. From October 9-11 all participating businesses (shops, restaurants, bars and more) donated a portion of their proceeds to Foodshare.
