Hartford continued to attack hard in the first half and Due kept the energy up with another incredible save. In the 37th minute Anthony Velarde gets on the end of a deflection and scores for Pittsburgh. Pittsburgh followed with their third goal in the 38th minute from Steevan Dos Santos. The score would remain 0-3 going into halftime.

Hartford was ready to fight their way back into the game coming out of the locker room and Mads Jørgensen scored a huge goal off of a free kick in the 47th minute. The goal put Hartford right back in gear giving them some good chances to score.

In the 76th minute Neco Brett managed to get through the defensive line and scored Pittsburgh's fourth goal. Hartford wasn't ready to give up and a great ball to the back post from Kyle Curinga to Sebastian Dalgaard gives Hartford their second goal of the night in the 84th minute.
